Refund & Return Policy

Here at Terrell’s Room, we want to ensure your satisfaction with your purchases. Please review the following combined refund and return policy to understand the terms and conditions.

Exchanges and Refunds

  1. Exchanges are accepted within 48 hours of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds on merchandise.
  2. All items must be unworn and returned in their original packaging.
  3. For all returns, a 15% restocking fee will be applied along with the cost of shipping.
  4. Once we inspect and approve the returned merchandise, all credits will be issued within 10 business days.
  5. Please contact us via email for a return authorization approval before sending back any merchandise. Unauthorized returns will be sent back to the sender.
  6. Upon approval of your return, you will receive detailed return instructions.
  7. After your credit has been applied, you can reach out to us to place a new order.

Eligibility for Returns

Our refund and returns policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed, we regret that we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Exemptions from Returns

Certain goods are exempt from being returned. These include perishable items like food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines, as well as intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items include:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

Return Process and Refunds

To initiate a return, please do not send the product directly to the manufacturer. Instead, contact us for instructions.

If your return is approved, we will send you an email to confirm its receipt and inspection. We will also notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a specific timeframe.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, we recommend checking your bank account and contacting your credit card company. There may be processing delays before the refund is posted.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds; sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges and Defective Items

We will only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective item for the same product, please email us to have your items collected/exchanged.

Gift Returns

If an item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit upon its return. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Shipping Costs

You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning your item. These costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from it.

Shipping Time

The time it takes for an exchanged product to reach you may vary based on your location.

For more valuable items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
